These terms apply when you use sugarwiseliving.com or buy our digital products. SugarWise Living is operated by Ryan, based in the Philippines (“we,” “us”). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

We sell downloadable educational ebooks (PDF files). Nothing is shipped. After purchase you receive a download link by email.

2. Payments

Checkout and payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles applicable sales tax. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Lemon Squeezy’s own terms also apply to your purchase.

3. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not happy with your purchase, email support@sugarwiseliving.com within 30 days of buying and we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; banks may take 5–10 business days to show it.

4. License

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read and print the ebooks for your own use. Please don’t resell, share, upload or redistribute the files.

5. Medical disclaimer

Our content is for education and information only and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always talk to your doctor or diabetes care team before changing your diet, medication or insulin. Carb counts are estimates. See our Medical Disclaimer.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our ebooks — text, design and images — belongs to SugarWise Living and is protected by copyright.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
